Get rid of my hasty purchase
What if we just do not pay the mortgage what is the worse they can do? I realize it will ruin our credit for seven years, but we own our own home, and own our own vehicles and do not anticipate needing any loans in the next seven years.

Have you considered having a company help you sell it? Well then again its in a way hard to find a decent company to help you. I own a firm that will help you sell and wont charge you any type of listing fees and have you waste your money. I provide direct accomodations to families and henceforth... help you sell sell your property without all of the hassle. You are not required to pay our fees until we do have that family on contract to buy. As well as we do have a B Rating th the Better Business Bureau and are Dunns & Bradstreet Accredited.
